This event lets attendees find their photos by uploading a selfie. If you appear in these photographs and would rather not be findable that way, upload one photo of yourself and the organiser will decide. They need to see your photo next to the photographs to check you are the same person — otherwise anyone holding a picture of you could have you removed — so it is kept until they decide, then deleted. They can refuse. If nothing happens, write to support@usezuhile.com.
A person checks this before anything is deleted. A photograph of a face is not proof of being that person, and without a check anyone holding a picture of you could remove you so that you never found your own photos. That means your photo is kept, privately, until the organiser decides, and deleted the moment they do. If nothing of yours is in the index it is not kept at all. Afterwards we keep only where in each picture your face was, so that rebuilding the index does not quietly undo this.
